- Amount not refunded from flipkart ^Open

Sub:- Purchase of mobile through flipkart – cancelled same day – amount deducted from SBI debit Card EMIs - not refunded – prolonging for refund amount – complaint raised – Requested – Regarding.

I, T. Chandra Mouli S/o Mallaih working as Head Warder, at Central Prison, Cherlaplly of Prisons Department of Telangana State, Medchal District, ******.

I was placed order for one mobile (Redmi Note * Pro, Neptune Blue ,***GB) through online shopping namely FLIPKART vide order id ****************** dated: **-**-**** (copy enclosed for your ready reference) through SBI debit card EMI’S, worth of Rs **,***.** (rupees eleven thousand nine hundred ninety nine only). Immediately I have received a message to my mobile, saying that SBI loan account number *********** got opened simultaneously received same message from filpkart .
On the same day (**-**-****) I changed my mind and cancelled the said order, instantly, got a refund message from flipkart vide refund id :CR*********************** and refund completed. Refund amount of Rs **,***.** is to be added to your credit card by **-**-****. In this regard, they advised me that, for further any queries contact your bank with reference ID No: IN***********. With this reference id number several times I have contacted with the bank personnel, but they said that, you didn’t get any refund amount from the flipkart.
Further, it is to inform that, once again I contacted with Filpkart for my refund amount, but they asked to send my account statement and credit card statement with PDF format. Immediately, I sent the same documents in PDF format through mail. Due to COVID-** pandamic situation and lock down. I unable to contact the bank official and flipkart personnel for the span of four months.
On ** April **** on wards the amount of Rs. ****.** monthly installment has been deducting from my SBI savings bank account no. ***********. In the month of June-**** I met the bank personnel and they said that, I did not get any refund amount from filpkart. Immediately I contacted flipkart customer service. Once again they asked my account statement and credit card statement and I sent it the same with PDF format.
Since then, I did not get any refund amount from the flipkart. In this regard I am suffering mentally agony, and having hurdles financially.
I, therefore, request to your kind authority to pursue the matter and resolve the problem for refunding amount of Rs. **, ***.** ( ** Installments( ** months X Rs.****.**))at the earliest and take necessary action against flipkart.
