I did not want to write this but I have to as I have no other options. I received an invitation call and message from Zoi holidays, office no ***, city centre *nd floor, Gurgaon road that I and my wife are invited for free vouchers and ** minutes of our time. I went there with my wife on **/*/**** and they (Muskaan and Pulak puri) took almost an hour or more to explain their club holidays membership plans. I and my wife ended up paying **, *** a club membership fee choosing **-month EMI option.
I waited till **th of August for message or email regarding the welcome letter but did not receive anything. I checked their website which does not look genuine and legitimate. So, I tried to contact their Delhi office phones which were not working at all or not in the service. I became doubtful and sceptical of what to do.
They do not even have customer care or email to complain. They only have email and single phone number *** *** **** for reservations only. I emailed them and called them and request for refund of the amount before they send me my membership card, but I was told that request has been forwarded, but no one responded. I got a visiting card from Mr Pulak puri that day so I contacted him and requested him to refund the amount and told him that I do not want any membership. He told me that amount cannot be refunded in general cases. If they will have to the **% amount will be deducted and made me go for the membership and assured me to send the welcome letter via email.
I somehow got that, but I still do not believe this company and requesting for the refund of my complete amount. On Oct *, ****, they come to my house as per their telephonic request for the meeting and assure me that the company is not fraud and they will have no objection to refund the complete amount if their company would not be able to satisfy me with their services in future. Based on these promises I agree to resolve the issue with them.
On Friday **th **** I sent them an email as I am planning for holidays in Goa but they did not reply. This made my doubt clear that the company is a fraud and ignoring my email requests. This was clearly discussed with them if the company fails to provide me with good services they would be responsible to refund the complete amount.
Hence, I request you to help me get my refund of the complete amount.
