My account braodband User Id - ********** was disconnected on ** May ****. Firstly, the company did not intimate me of the refund, they sent a mail for * amount refund. Then after calling n number of times, they found that I have a refund due of *** and on * July ****, I received an email for full and final settlement of refund of INR *** which would be delivered by cheque within ** days of the receipt of the email. I kept on calling the customer care for the status and was told that it would get delivered in ** days. On * August ****, when I called up again so then after a lot of rough talk I was being told that due to some technical issue the cheque has not been prepared, and we are following up. And I receive an email again on that day that in ** days o would receive the cheque. Now, my point is if I followed up through out they did not had any issue and on the last day the issue popped. Now, what is the guarantee that I would receive the cheque. How could I trust them. I am fed up of calling the customer care and explaining them again and again the same thing. Kindly help me out, as seeing this how would we get into a digital era where are consumers are cheated and are at the mercy of such companies. No one to reach out, no point of contact.
