Travolook in - Amount not refunded

I tried to book a flight ticket from travolook.in on *rd April **** and amount Rs.****/- also got debited in my credit card a few minutes later a customer care executive called me from travolook and she told me my tickets not booked due to fare increase , if you want to book the ticket pay extra , other wise the transaction will cancel. So I said I'm not paying extra. So they cancelled my transaction and got the mail on same date that " your transaction cancelled the debit amount of the same will be refunded with in ** to ** days , I send a mail after ** working days for asking for my refund and they replied it will credit to your account with in ** to ** working days ( the same copy paste message ) and after few days later I send one more mail and till date I didn't get any reply for my mail and no amount is refunded to my account
