ARULKUMAR A filed complaint against Bajaj finserv on Oct 15, 2020
I have taken a product from bajaj finserv. Every month * is a due date. The last month September I have paid my due using foreclosure option to get another loan. I have paid on **th september. But my due date is * October. SO i have paid that early. Now the people are telling I have to pay the cheque bounce charges for the month. I cant understand ,why they are asking like this. I have paid early but they are telling the cheque has bounced. How is it possible?
So I need my money back and I need a proper solution for this.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
