I Transferred ***INR to my coin dcx wallet on **dec ****, the amount was deducted from my bank account however it’ was not added to coin dcx wallet. It’s been * days now, the money is still not reflecting in coin dcx wallet nor it has been refunded back to my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

i deposited ***** rupees to coindcx by bank transfer but it was rejected because that wasn't my default saved account in my kyc. so they shown it like if you transfer with another account your money will be refunded...
