easemy trip - Amount got debited ticket was not booked

tired to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chandigarh at **:** a.m. ** October , **** for two passengers. I made a payment using NetBanking and the amount got debited but there was no redirection to booking confirmation page on the app(which usually occur on successful payment), and when i called the customer care they said they didn't receive any money and the ticket is not confirmed.
