- Amount dispute Open
I have added the amount from my account (Credit Card) to super daily wallet to place orders. From that, I have utilized some amount and an amount of Rs.***/- left in the wallet amount. As I thought I will place orders later I did not withdraw the amount. Suddenly when I check the amount in my wallet shown only Rs.***/-. When I check the status * orders have been created and cancelled without my knowledge and I didn't even receive a notification for those. When I call customer care they are telling that, for these * orders you have used coupon and got coupon of Rs. **/- (we can’t withdraw this amount) so we deducted the amount from your wallet. Now I could able to withdraw only Rs.***/- and I lost Rs.**/- . There no security for our amount. Intentionally they created the orders and cancelled orders to transfer my wallet amount to grocery cash (coz we can withdraw that amount). How can they utilise my amount. If we load the amount that amount should be withdrawn by us. They are telling it’s their policy. Here Rs.**/- is not a matter for me but if they repeat the same with * lakh people they will get Rs. ** Lakhs. I think this their business strategy. I lost my * days’ valuable time. They need to give my money back along with the penalty amount for wasting my time. If we don’t utilize our amount total amount should be given back. I have deactivated the account but they have initiated only Rs.***/- .
