Anupama Multiprojects Private Limited - Amount deposited to book a DUPLEX is not refunded since last 3 years

Booked a house (Duplex No. **) at Ashok Vatika, Botanda, Bhubaneswar by paying a token amount of Rs * Lakh vide receipt no. ***, dated **.**.**** (Deepawali Day) through cheque no. ****** of OrientalBank of Commerce by personally visiting the office at Kharbela Nagar. The total cost was ** lakhs. Again Sh. BS Giri, the proprietor requested me to send Rs * lakhs by NEFT to pay the workers involved in the project. Hence I transferred * lakhs on **.**. **** from my then account with, IHM Branch, Gwalior to his ICICI bank ac. xxxxxxx*****, IFSCCode ICIC******* ON **.**.**** to beneficiary name AnupamaMultiprojects Pvt. Ltd.
In the month of February ****, when I visited his office to pay **% of the rest amount through cheque, he straightaway denied to accept but claimed the full due amount which was coming to around Rs ** Lakhs. When I expressed my inability to pay in one lump sum amount, he assured me to return the booking amount and cancel the deal. After hundreds of requests over mobile, I received only Rs * lakh through the bank. The builder is reluctant to pay back the remaining * lakh. Even during the serious illness of my father, who is no more, I requested him to pay back for treatment, but he never turned me back.
