Hello this is Sharad.. I have a salary account in ICICI Bank and being a customer I enjoy its services.. But few days back they deducted rs **.* about ** times for POSDEC charges.. And when I've talked to the customer care of ICICI, he said that you've been charged for failure of transaction due to insufficient balance and there are ** declines.. I've deducted all my money from the account as soon as I got to know this.. I had sufficient amount of funds while transacting even though they have charged me the penalty... I mean you should have informed on the failure of first transaction.. Being a valued customer i don't want to switch to other banks.. Please resolve my issue (i.e refund rs **.* deducted ** times and cancel the pending ** charges).. * time penalty is ok.. But deducting it again and again is stupid and that also without consent.. Please refund my money asap..
