Moazzam anwer filed complaint against Yatra bus on Apr 24, 2021
Yesterday I was booking ticket from yatra.com and due to some technical error my amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked, then i tried contacting the customer care of yatra but i was unable to connect with them i also emailed them regarding the issue but i didn’t got any call from them, Now its more than ** hrs and I don’t how my money will be refunded please help me to resolve this issue
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
