MyFlowerTree - Amount deducted and order not delivered

I am from Bangalore and wanted to surprise my friend in Cuttack, Orissa. My bad luck that I found this website, I placed the order on *nd August **** at *.** pm, as the website claimed that the delivery would be within * hours, however, at the time of check out, I selected delivery time **.** pm to **.** pm on the same day (*nd August ****). I got the confirmation of the order being placed with them.
However, the issue is there was no update about the order, we tried to connect to the "+** ** **** ****" - MyFlowerTree helpline number but there was no response.
They have taken the amount and the order is not delivered to my friend for whom I have placed it. There is no refund issue about the order not being delivered within the mentioned time selected, no support from their website "https://www.myflowertree.com". At the chat window, no response after raising the issue.
