I ordered vu premium ** inch tv at july **-**** through my state bank of india debit card worth *****/- . That amount successfully debited but orderd not placed.. I didn't receive any order id or confirmation about my order..than immediately i call to customer care and complaint about my issue ..they promised within ** hours you receive order id confirmation otherwise refunded...but still no refund or order id confirmation..very irritating and worrying...please solve my problem
