Flipkart travel - AMOUNT DEBITED TWICE

I booked a ticket on ** Aug **** through Flipkart travel agency, where the payment was debited and the ticket was not confirmed Booking ID:[protected]. I waited for * hrs for confirmation, but I did not received the confirmation. Since it was an emergency, I booked again the same ticket on[protected] after getting confirmation from the Flipkart agency that the amount has not been received by us, Booking ID:[protected]. Now the previous Booking is also confirmed and the present Booking is also confirmed with the same PNR, whereas the amount has been deducted for the previous booking and for the present booking too, due to a technical glitch from Flipkart end. I have not received my refund back. I raised my complaint multiple times via call and via emails, but I am not getting any valid response from their end, when I call them they reply that your query will get resolved within ** hrs, and again ** hrs and again ** hrs, but it has been more than ** days and *** hrs I have not received any positive feedback from Flipkart.
