Sun Direct Dth
- Amount credited to DTH provider but he is denying receipt of same Open
I paid ₹*** for recharging Sun Direct DTH. I made the payment from PhonePe. The payment was successful from PhonePe but when I'm calling Sundirect care to acknowledge the same, they replied that, the amount was not yet credited to our account. I checked the same with PhonePe, they said, amount received by Sun Direct DTH.
What should I do now? Whom should I trust?
I want the recharge to be done.
I want to penalize Sun Direct DTH care for reckless answers.
