I have put amc for my washing machine in sri venkateswara service center, I thought they are coming from IFB ,,so i have accepeted for an AMC,Now i have shifted to thanjavur now while servicing my machine they are telling like they cant service in thanjavur and they are telling like they are private service center.My amcamount **** is vei n and my amc validity is upto ****.
I have availed only one service from them after amc ,they have not come for monthly or quarterly service .I want my money back from them.
