Dear sir, I have purchased Tata Nixon from Tata Motors showroom, Chandanagar in Hyderabad, on **/** **** with registration number TS**GP****. By mistake, I paid ***** extra at the time of purchase as I forgot about the booking amount I paid at the time of booking. So the salesman Veerandra Choudary promised me to provide an extended warranty for my vehicle after the first service. But I have not received the warranty so far, in spite of many calls to the manager of the showroom. Also, the salesman has left the showroom now. The manager is trying to cheat me by telling me that he will provide me the warranty in another * days whenever I call. I have a recording of the conversation and also WhatsApp chat with the salesman to prove this. I have also lodged a complaint on the facebook page of concord motors but they are just not taking any action.
