Amazon india is taking amount from customer for prime .Amazon prime is a feature where the customer gets a delivery in *-* days for which he needs to pay *** per month.We have paid same amount every month but we are struggling to get the products from amazon.Their delivery agents will fight with us threaten us.Now they stopped delivering all items which we book from amazon app.The local station is doing this intentionally as they are taking revenge to customer as the customer has placed multiple complaints regarding poor delivery.Attached the complaint history and email.Amazon is not taking any action and none of my products are now delivered.

Amazon delivery boys keep on rejecting the orders i placed once they are out for delivery saying they dont have service to my location which is not true as amazon is allowing me to order for that particular pincode....
