Airtel and payment - Airtel Xtreme not installed after payment

I requested for Airtel broadband connection on *st Dec **** with ticket ID **-***********. I have also done the payment for next *months of Rs ****.
The sales person informed that the installation will be done in next ** hours. When I called the customer care they told this area is not feasible. Hence I requested for cancellation and refund. But there is no further progress regarding the same and the sales person is not recieving the call.
