Srinivasan filed complaint against Airtel Broadband on Aug 24, 2020
Hello Sir/Madam,
This mail is to bring to your notice about the poor service provided by Airtel. I had applied the connection on ** Aug **** and I was promised that the installation and connection process would complete within * Days. I had clearly informed that the connection is required for my official work and was also asked to provide the ID proof for the same.
Sales team Hafiz Khan (+************) and Manager Sharan Kumar ( +************) and Sowmya (+************) came to take my details and then he asked me to pay money. I had decided for * month plan but executive convinced to pay for * months connection. I paid the said amount but the Airtel Hafiz Khan and Sharan Kumar hasn’t picked my call. I have so much work to do and no internet.
He is not responding to my messages. He promised that installation would be done within **-** hours (EOD **nd Saturday) and I specifically told them I want the connection at the earliest.
On **nd Aug, I called Sowmya for the status, she told me that Broadband installation team will work on **rd August Sunday and they will finish the work before Monday and till now no body came to my place and till now it has not been installed.
Below are the details, which might help in tracing the application,
Dear Customer Your airtel product payment txn id : ********* of Rs : ****.* is processed successfully.Please keep the txn id for future reference.
Airtel Xstream Fiber Digital Application Form No. is **********. Our engineer will call you within ** Hrs. to schedule an appointment for activating your connection.
The worst part is that they are not responding on why there is a delay?
