My customer I'd is **********. I create my own pack around *** rupees which successfully activated and work for two days. But when I see my Airtel app on * feb my monthly rent shows **** rupees per month. I contacted airtel customer services which took almost ** min of call and they say its system mistake and this pack will be deactivated. I also got deactivation message but pack not deactivated. Next day ** rupees cut from my balance instead of regular ** rupees as per my selected pack. Whenever I tried to speak customer care they say call after two hours. I also sending you a screenshot
