I am Jagadish Ananda Shetty from Bengaluru and currently working in Saudi Arabia. I have booked air tickets for my wife and daughter on ** July ****. Please find below booking details for your reference.

Amount - INR **,***.**
Passenger Name - Vaishali Jagadish Shetty & Suditi Jagdish Shetty
Destination - Pune to Bengaluru
But Both my booking was canceled on the same date and this travel agency (Travolook) informed me that they will refund my money (INR **,***.**) within *-* days. Since then I have called more than ** times to their customer care number (**** *******) but they are giving the stannard answer that your payment is in process and you will get it within *-* days. I have contacted their nodal officer Mrs. Himashi and relationship manager Mr. Dishant through email. But they are also giving me the same answer that I will get within *-* days. When I searched in google, I understood that this company is doing the same thing with all the passengers and nobody got the refund.
Please find below communication with this company representatives and their standard answer for your reference. Everyday they send the same email, instead of refunding my money.
