I had made * bookings through there website for our Singapore Trip. On **nd February I requested them to either refund my amount or make the booking open dated because I don't want to visit Singapore is the worst hit country after China by Corona Virus. They raised a ticket on **th and promised to respond within ** hours. Today when I checked there website it says invalid ticket or your complain has been closed.
Kindly help as i don't want to expose myself or my family to Corona danger.
