I had purchased a package of a online vacation selling company known as palmwood vacations international.
They came to my town and thrown a party and called us in it. They explained us about there package and sold many. After that we planned a trip and contacted them by the way they shown on there website but nobody was responding. Then I wrote them a email on **/**/** on both of the mailing addresses they have given on there website but still there is no reply from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
