Following is informal notice sent by me to company, it is included whole scenario of issue.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that your unethical trade practices have made me to lose about Rs.*, **,*** and additional Rs.*, **,*** through scratch card offers. I have requested several times through the provided /available E-mails to rectify your mistakes & stop unethical trade practices and compensate the loss amount. I wish to elaborate below to prove to the extent of my above claim.
*. Every player’s intention is to make profit as well as some entertainment. At the Initial stage and as new player, I too get good cards and getting addicted into the game deeper. Your hidden game tactics will make me (other players too) to addict by allotting good cards and provoke me to invest more money. By the very same reason, I have tried your one game plan with several accounts to recover my loss. The hidden business plan followed by you made me to win initially to provoke to me invest more money and after certain time, it started sucking money by addicting to the game.
Being a good Rummy Player, I have experienced more than **% loss in the games from all my accounts registered with you and the sole reason is your unethical game plan. Though, you have chance of cautioning your players not to play from several accounts by single player and when you have all chances to stop from playing the same /different games from another account, you remained silent. Your whole intention is merely getting money unethically and hence continued your silence. When I realized your unethical practice of minting money from your registered players, I tried to explain the same by reaching your toll free number ****-***-**** and sent written E-mails to the available /provided email address support@rummyculture.com and requested you to provide my transaction details from my all accounts to analyse my profit or loss structure to get the real facts. But, you continued your silence in responding my calls through Toll free number and to emails sent to you from time to time. You have not provided the information asked for till date. It proves that you have ignored the Consumer Basic Rights provided to all the consumers naturally which is clear violation of Consumer Protection Act prevailing in India.
control on cards’ distribution according to players’ activity and their financial transactions, is an offense & it impacts on game and its results. So these are considered as unlawful practices under Section *(*) (r) of the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
*. Continuing my allegation I wish to state that in June ****, you had announced a scratch card offer in your Rummy Culture game of Rs.*, **,*** on occasion of Cricket World Cup season offer. But offer was not available to me. When I enquired your customer care department, your customer service team informed me that I had prevented to avail the above offer for using multiple accounts as per your company rules framed to your registered players. If that is the case, you must disqualify my registration on my first attempt of using multiple accounts as per your policy. But you informed it after sucking huge money from all my accounts till date. It clearly shows your unfair trade practices.
Reference for *rd point-
*Other Rummy Game sites will block such multiple accounts & they will ask for clarification. If they found multiple accounts & multiple logs in, they will hold account activity.
*Even I promise that I have not played a single game unethically by using more than one account in the same table of Rummy Culture game.
*I had many opportunities to avail as many as scratch Cards, by adopting unlawful activities to earn as much as I wish.
I contacted Rummy Culture from (aaaajaynk@gmail.com) on **th June, **th June & **th July **** to take proper action apart from several phone calls to your Toll free number.
It is very important to mention here that the company which providing service is not easily accessible to its registered players which shows that the established company wants to hide its identity from its own registered players and wants to deceive them. Finally I got the postal address to find out the whereabouts of the company to get resolve my problem. Hope this will be corrected by the Companies Authorities in future.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action of compensation with total invested money.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. It is good if you reach me within ** days from today i.e. **/**/**** before seeking Consumer Court’s assistance.
