Kamal Hamsa filed complaint against LeEco on Dec 23, 2017
I bought a LeEco Super* x** Pro (** inch *K TV) worth ₹**,*** from LeEco's onine store - LeMall India (in.lemall.com) on March **, ****. The TV stopped working on Oct **, ****.
I immediately went to in.lemall.com to contact their customer support and found that the website has gone offline. I then, hence, called their Customer Support no.: **** *** ** *** which was mentioned in the bill as well as on manual provided with TV, and to my shock found that even their customer support number has gone out of service!
I was able to get their customer support email address: indiasupport@le.com from Google search and wrote them a mail regarding my issue twice. Luckily, I received a response on second mail asking me details of my TV and issue which I immediately provided them with. They also shared me their new Customer Support no.: **** **** **** on which I continuously called for * days to get my TV's complaint registered with complaint #*****. I might add that calling their customer care number is the most cumbersome task ever! I needed to call them continuously for *-* hours a day so that my call gets patched through, & even if it did they often used to place calls on hold or excuse that their system isn't working for the complaint to be registered.
LeEco's engineer finally arrived my home in Mumbai on Nov *, **** to check the TV and after checks arrived at a conclusion that my TVs motherboard isn't working and needs to be replaced. He said that since he don't have a spare motherboard he needs to get it from LeEco India's team at Bangalore for which he sent a report to them right in front of me.
Next day, I called LeEco's Customer support to get the status of my complaint and they said that they need to get it from their team at China and requested me to wait for "some" time without giving me a tentative date. Since then daily, I have been continuously mailing, calling LeEco's support team for hours in vain to fix my TV until Dec *, **** when even their Customer Support number went offline and I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then.
So, here I am with a LeEco *K TV worth **K+ in warranty, but still not working since more than a month and no clue of this company's whereabouts to get it repaired.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
