EMoney Exchange - After receiving money exchanger cheated

My complaint is against ‘e-money exchange’.
Available details of this fraud exchange company are as given below:

On Friday morning at *.** am I contacted this exchanger through WhatsApp for a transfer of Rs. **, ***, ** to my Neteller account. They told they charge *% fees.
Since I have transferred money many times through online exchangers I never had a doubt about the reliability of this money exchanger also. Still now also I could not believe. As suggested by them I transferred Rs. ***** two times using UPI mentioned above so that the corresponding amount in dollars will be transferred to Neteller account, as was promised.

Totally **,***.** was paid by me, but they did not turn up. I requested /pleaded many times for depositing money in my Neteller account.
After one hour, I realised that they are frauds and they kept the money I paid under their custody. They say they have more than **** happy customers. who are they?
I need
(*) My money back. Let them deduct any service charges etc. if they want.
(*) Nobody should be cheated by them in future. Their site and WhatsApp number are cheating for the past many years successfully.
(*) Their phone number and site id must be alerted through social media.
