I have paid Rs. ***** as advance for joining Advance Cosmetology course in Lakme Academy Kalyan Nagar branch. But for some personal issues and health issues i couldn't join and continue with the classes. So i requested the branch for refund of my huge money which i have taken loan and paid them. They are not listening to our issues they are only telling their reasons that this cannot be refunded as i don't understand what they have done with my money within * days that they are not able to refund and also at the time of admission they did not said that it is non-refundable. While taking the money how quickly they have done everything. Now there are no updates to return my own money. I am requesting for my money and they are responding like i am asking for their money. They are not ready to pay my loan also. They said me to join whenever i want but cannot refund the fees. It will take several years to finish the course which is not possible for me due health. They gave me another option that if someone joins for the same course and paid full amount then only i will get back and if no one comes will not get my money.
They said they will share the number to talk to their head but they failed to do that also. It is like once we have paid the amount post that whatever reasons we have they don't even care and whatever situations we have they will say only one thing it cannot be refunded. Please get my hard earned money back as i desperately need it.
