Byjju s Claases - Admission canceled but fee not refunded

This is regarding the product purchased with BJYUS Under order no.SO-**************** (Student Name: Rishon Paul) was purchased on **th May **** via bank transfer. Whereas the product got activated on *th June. I found this product will not suit my expectations and wrote emails for cancellations and try to call them many times. On *th June i wrote for cancellation and someone triedd to call me back but unfortunately, i was not able to attend the same, Henceforth I started TO call back but none of the team reverted back either for my call or email. I have tried my level best to reach them but no one is committed to their responsibility. I felt very disappointed to experience in the field of education. I have attached the copy of emails that i wrote for the cancellation team Byjus. Kindly accept the complaint and assist to get the refund back Rs.***** towards this package.
