Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited - Admission and registration fees not refunded

Hi. I had visited Frankfinn Institute bof aviation with my parents on *th of November and had enquired about air hostess training. They mislead me saying that my height is as per industry requirement and took admission fees via a postdated cheque of **th November ****. I then received a call from Frankfinn saying that my height is not according the thr aviation standards and I will be appointed as a ground staff when recruited. I discussed with my family and decided not to go ahead with the admission. I called them on **th November and asked them for refund but they said there is a no refund policy. They had not provided me with any such documents which stated that there is no refund. On pestering them they sent me a payment receipt on whatsApp where no refund policy is mentioned. I even have the call recording where they have admitted to have not sent me any invoice or documents of no refund. I feel cheated and want my Rs. ***** refund at the earliest. I also got to know that they refund the money within ** days if student is not going ahead with the admission. I cancelled my admission on **th of November ****, six days since payment of fees.
