We have two Electric meters installed at our residence.
One is used daily and other one is least in use. And generally we face issue with electricity line whenever storm comes. And connection is disabled that time. As we are not using it on daily basis so its difficult to track each time it is getting impacted.
Team responsible for bill generation asks for Meter replacement that time and later we are charged some amount saying the meter was not working correctly and reading was not appropriate for that meter,
this happens without any evidence provided. Please assist us here.

Electricity customer care never works. It's the contact no *********** or ****. I called them **** times, all the times this says call again later. Pathetic customer care service....
