My upstox account was deactivated since October ****, * times I have shared the KYC with the team, out of which once have got the confirmation from upstox team that all the documents scanned on email are good to re-activate my account, but everytime they have some new queries due to which they wont activate my account, the final one which they stated is my bank account is not linked, I asked them a question since the last * years how was I doing the transaction with them, no revert on it.
And now they are mentioning "We regret to inform you that Upstox has stopped re-opening accounts for the existing customers."
I have holding of around INR *.* to * lakhs in my account, no one in upstox is bothered to give a solution so that I can transfer or sell the shares and get my money back.
Very much tired of their service, wont recommend upstox to anyone for sure.
