Beautyfyourself - Account login disabled and no updates on products

I have ordered * tops from beautyfyourself.co.in and paid through debit card, its been ** days I can’t see any updates and all of sudden I can’t even login to my account on their website I’ve already tried to contact them for *-* times but didn’t got any response, i need my products or money back
