I have a plus account with Flipkart. I placed one order "Cloth Dryer Stand" on */**/**** and paid throudh HDFC Credit card that is saved with Flipkart and used for most of the order on Flipkart. The order was cancelled within hour by the seller, so I complained to Customer care through call and Emails. But they blocked my account saying that the system detected irregularities in payment method. However there had been no irregularities in payment method as stated by Flipkart. The same payment method I have been using for all my orders on Flipkart. There is credit balance and ongoing orders that I can't access. Please help unlock my account
