Zebpay Awlencan Innovations - Account blocked and not refunding money

It is stated that I had deposited INR**,**,***.** in my zebpay account on * June **** at around **:** hrs. On non crediting of INR in my wallet, a ticket no. ****** FIAT Deposit was raised. On non-credit of INR in my wallet, I pursued the matter regularly with zebpay. Around **:** hrs., a communication was received from Zebpay that my account in HDFC is blocked on the basis of a complaint lodged on National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. I immediately made an inquiry with the bank and found that the account was not blocked.
I had made a request to zebpay for either crediting INR in my zebpay wallet or returning the same to me. However, no response is forthcoming till now except the typical reply. The complaint appears to be handiwork of some scammer. I have checked with Hyderabad Police as well as Central Control Room of National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal that my HDFC bank account is mentioned therein. However, the same is not blocked as per my information checked with the bank. Further, the transaction of INR**,**,***.** was done with Zebpay only and not with any third party. The money has been transferred from my HDFC bank account to zebpay account, which zebpay is bound to credit to my wallet or return to me.
Kindly note that these are my legitimate funds and the money has already been deducted from my HDFC bank account and transferred in my zebpay account which was opened by zebpay at the time of registration. I have carried out transactions in this zebpay account with zebpay only and not with any other third party. Thus, it is beyond comprehension that why my money which has already been transferred to zebpay account is being held by zebpay without any basis or authority.
It is once again enjoined upon you to kindly credit my wallet with INR **,**,***.** or return the money to me immediately.
