Kayenpaibam Ranjit Singh filed complaint against Parimatch Betting App India on Oct 16, 2023
I have opened an account with parimatch (betting company) and have deposited Rs. ***** on *th October ****. The betting company have provided me a welcome bonus of Rs.***** with certain terms and conditions. After fulfilling the wagering demand I have raised a withdrawal requests and have withdrawn rs. ***** from my winning account between **/**/**** and **/**/**. On **/**/****, I received an email from parimatch as term and condition no ** for additional detail. After exchange of several emails, I have submitted all the documents and in my account also my account is showing verified with all the submitted documents (Copy Attached). Now, citing performing of suspicious activity the betting company has blocked my account forever. I have made several complain regarding withdrawal of my winning balance in my account. The betting company vide email informed that the same has been processed and will be credited as per withdrawal timeline. Please find attached screenshot of the withdrawal request being rejected again and again. I dont have any trust in the betting company so I am kindly requesting to refund the balance left in my account amounting to Rs. ******.**.
Also, now as per clause no ** which is reproduced as below,
**. The Client should only contact the Commissioner (Curacao license) when he/she believes the Betting company is in breach of the license. All disputes with the Betting company about a payout, a blocked account, a delay, broken features and so on, should first be taken up directly with the Betting company. The Client who wishes to refer a complaint to the Commissioner can send it via an email to the email address of the regulator. The Client has to validate the license by clicking on the Curacao logo in the bottom of the website where he / she will find the contact details of the regulator.
I want to report the same to the regulator Commissioner (Curacao license) as I have taken the matter directly with betting company but the reason they have provided is not satisfactory. Now, I have found out that the license they are mentioning that it is there at the bottom of the page is not working and have requested several times to give the email address of the regulator, but it is of no help and very frustrating.
Please refund all my fund balance in my account as my account has been blocked by citing suspicious reason without any explanation although I have submitted all the required documents. Also, please provide the email address to contact the Commissioner (Curacao license).
