I have brought Panasonic Air Conditioner from Amazon India last year August,****. From last * months, the AC is not working properly. I have been complaining with Panasonic customer to send someone for the repair work. More than monetary loss, I have faced the physical and mental loss. I am now tired contacting with them every other day in order to get a respond but yet noone has come for the repair.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
