I've bought one Haier *.* ton AC from Reliance Digital, Serampore on **th April. They delivered the AC after ** days even after saying that they will after *-* days during the time of buying. Even after delivery they said they will install it within ** hours. I received the AC on **rd April and today is **th April. Whenever I'm trying to reach them they are delaying it saying tomorrow and next day. I'm utterly frustrated. If this doesn't resolved by tomorrow I'll be forced to take help from consumer forum.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
