I myself am the owner of a window ac of your brand in the Name of Mrs. Sweta Singh(My Wife).When on the AC for use recently found the issue with cooling so I reported the same to the service center. The service engineer visited and said there is a issue with the condenser As per your owner manual Page No ** Fig No * the installation done by you and due to the installation not done by your SOP so maximum time I feel to do the service. I felt some vibration in the machine I reported the same to the service centre they came on May **** and serviced my machine and said that the vibration is normal but I was not satisfied with the answer. As per the warranty norms of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Pvt Ltd. there is warranty on compressor excluding wear and tear parts i.e capacitor , rubber parts. the warranty will be ** months. As per your warranty policy this is whole and sole parts are under warranty as per warranty manual. As per your warranty policy condenser and pipe is not a wear and tear part so request you to the authorised service centre and manufacture to replace my part as per your estimate under warranty. As per your guideline after leakage of AC gas I informed your call center within ** hou. As per your service engineer he also know my concern that he know about that there is some defective issues in your component that I remarks him when he visit my home to do the service in previous visit May ****. But this is fully your manpower issue he not diagnosis properly and after few months ac gas was leakage from the Component.

Based on your complaint, a technician had visited at your premises and further the unit was taken to the workshop on **/**/**** for the further checkup of the unit.
In the workshop it was found that there is issue with the condenser coil which needs to be replaced.
We would like to inform you that as your unit is out of warranty, as per the standard company terms and conditions, the coil replacement will be done on chargeable basis only.
However, considering your case as a special one and as a onetime goodwill service gesture, we will replace the condenser coil on FOC basis.
Below is the final estimation of the required work after waiving off the coil amount:
