I had ordered the windy blue hand block cotton suit set worth Rs **** from their website. The product delivered to me was different from their website with poor fabric quality, faded color and the stitching issues. I contacted their team over call and email and stated my concerns over the product and requested for a return/ refund or store credit. I was informed that my item will not be refunded and exchange can only happen in case of size issues.
I am stuck with a damaged/ defective product and my money is down the drain. I feel like I was scammed out of my money for cheap quality product.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
