I had purchase a Home UPS battery on **/**/** from Agarwal International Rudrapur-******.But now battery is not perform properly and not giving proper Backup.I had raise complaint before *-* month (Complain no was-NUTHO*********).Exide representative visit and bring battery for repair but after some time battery again not giving proper backup .I had resister again complaint in Exide Customer care but after one week still no action.
I had write mail to exide customer care as well as their regional head but no response.I had request to him to replace this battery because it is not performing from last * month.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
