Hindware - Ceramic Toilet flush tanks 3 no. Cracked

Three of our toilet flush tanks (make: Hindware) are cracked - similar looking cracks in all the * flush tanks, evidently a manufacturing defect.

Water is profusely leaking through the cracks resulting in the toilet floor getting flooded. Because of this we can't use any of these washrooms, attached to the bed rooms.

During the recent Christmas season, all of our family members - sons, daughters and their children came from far off places to our Kottayam villa for enjoying our Christmas holidays together. Thus all our bed rooms had to be occupied.

However, we were put to severe hardship and mental agony due to the leaky Hindware flush tanks. The wet toilet floor became unsafe for use. The bathrooms with broken flush tanks killed the spirit of our holidays. The family time that should have been filled with so much of fun became gloomy.

The matter has been reported to M/s Chandy's Homes, the builder / developer of the villa complex. Further, it has been confirmed by Hindware that their ceramic products carry a warranty of ** years.

M/s Chandy's Homes have purchased the bathroom equipment and accessories in **** from M/s J&J Granites and Marbles, kottayam and installed the same in the villas.

M/s Chandy's Homes have photographed the cracked flush tanks. So did a hindware technician.

However the flush tanks have not yet been replaced and our hardship continues.
