SHRI RAM filed complaint against HP Gas on Nov 13, 2018
I booked a cylinder on HpGas Android app on **th oct, **** *:** PM. It was an online UPI transaction. Merchant's UPI was sbiepay.hpcl-*******@sbi. I attached a screenshot of successful payment on this UPI. Also, My bank has confirmed that payment was successful. Now, My bank is not taking responsibility for this transaction. They are saying please contact the merchant. Merchant is denying & saying coordinate with the bank. As per my understanding, * parties are included in this.

*. PhonePe
*. HDFC Bank
*. SBI
I have coordinated with HP, PhonePe & HDFC Bank. All are denying to take responsibility of this transaction failure. Now, I can't contact with SBI.
Now, I am still not clear where is my amount. & who will refund this amount? Who are responsible?

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
