I have been complaining about the poor *G Aircel network for the past * months; writing emails after emails, calling the call center over and over again to register my compants and finally, Aircel mailed me on the other day where in they admitted the poor *G network condition of my place and mentioned that they need to go about the capacity increment as they found it to be a high utility area. I have been informed of this even earlier but my question is why haven't they done anything about it as of yet since they are aware it's a high utility area? Even in the last email that they had sent to me, they didn't clearly mention as to when the problem would be resolved and don't you think a customer with a * months old issue needs to be on the first priority? Neither am I even getting *G speed and on top of that, there are frequent call drops and also it takes several attempts to call up a number.
