The delivery person arrived at *:** P. M and was * mins late, I ordered at *:** P. M. According to dominos if the order is not delivered in ** mins I get *** wallet points or the value of my order whichever is lesser. As to avail the service I had to lodge a complain in the app , I did and after that i got a call from the restaurant, at first the person on the other end was saying they will give me complimentary next I ordered which was against the mentions guarantee offer , so i declined and i asked for the wallet points.As per dominos wallet points are instantly refundable but it's been * hours still i didn't get my refund.
