Rupeeredee Personal Loan App - 2 time debit no refund and still overdue showing

I had a rupeeredee loan of **** due on *nd feb ****. I was clearing the due through their app but their payment gateway was not registered with Paytm and phonepay so invalid vpa was showing for their bank account so I was not able to make payment. so next day one of their agents called me and told me to transfer the money to a bank account and send the screenshot, I did the same. At night I got another call from their agent that the previous payment was not processed so it will be refunded within **hrs but you have to make a payment of **** again in order to avoid charges and decrement in cibil. I told him to refund my amount first but he said It will be refunded within **hrs and pressurised me to make another payment so i made another payment of ****. It's been **hrs now, i haven't received my refund of **** plus their app is still showing overdue amount of **** and they are not picking my call, neither those agents nor their customer service. Please help me out i have all the screenshots and their call recordings.
