I ordered flower and teddy for valentine week on *-**-**** and it was supposed to deliver on *-**-****. on *-**-**** one their representative called me said that we will not able to deliver the rose to you location we can add another gift and will be delivered before **-**-**** and i said ok . After **-**-**** i emailed them and they replied that we will update you shortly now neither they are responding my mail nor picking the call.
