15 Packages not delivered, AliExpress refused all my disputes Open

I placed more than 20 orders on AliExpress at Christmas time. I received some of them, but there still 15 orders that I am still waiting.
I contacted the sellers many times and they said the delay because of holidays.
I had to open many disputes at a time for the 15 orders, for some reason, AliExpress deactivated my account for violating the Buyer Protection Program.
Deactivating my account forbids me from opening disputes, so I contacted the Customer Service many times over weeks, not to activate my account but to at least open disputes on my behalf to get refunds on lost items!
I also contacted the sellers, and they agreed to refund, but it won't happen since I am not allowed to open disputes and the customer service also refuse to open disputes and the said that I have to get refunds from sellers in an (Offline Transaction), which doesn't make sense to me.
The conclusion to AliExpress, I won't discuss your reasons behind deactivating my account, but when you do so then you should first take care of outstanding orders and the big money that I paid.
AliExpress, won't help reactivate my account, won't let sellers to refund me. Simply, I lost my money! and all I got from their customer service is a bunch of similies and promises.
