i have Ordered a Combo 'Cake + Bamboo shoots'. with the above details. On the eve of delivery (**.**.****) at night around *.**pm I was informed of the non availability of bamboo shoots and I agreed to change it to 'money plants' ( not happily , though I was cordial with your executive). The order was delivered on the promised time.

My second order which was supposed to be delivered on **th Aug, Birthday of my daughter) is yet to be delivered. I specifically confirmed order delivery date with fernsnpetals before placing the order Moreover I have chjosen this as the delivery date and time was put on the website . Strangely when I called to enquire about this on **.**.**** night at *.** am , the executive did not even know the status of the items. But I could hear scores of so ..sorries! This type of con artists with fancy websites with products they don’t have (or sold out labelled) should be curbed. The product cannot be even tracked . and I do not know the current position. Hope it will reach before her next Birthday.

Please advice. I am going to file a case against them for cheating, breach of promise, fake advertisement on website.. Also for damages for my mental agony , time , and other lot many things. I have ALL THE PROOFS. It is not the money lost but the way they cheat customers .
