I purchased a pair of shoes from Zara on [** Sep ****] for ₹*,*** through [Zara app]. Within just two months of normal use, the shoes tore and became unwearable, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect.
As a student, spending ₹*,*** was a significant investment for me. I contacted Zara’s customer service and explained the issue, expecting a resolution. However, despite repeated attempts, Zara refused to provide a replacement, repair, or refund for the defective product.
This has caused me financial distress and inconvenience, especially since I trusted the brand’s quality.
I am requesting:
*. A replacement pair of shoes of equal value, OR
*. A full refund of ₹*,***, OR
*. Repair of the defective shoes at no cost.
I hope for a fair resolution to this matter.
